If you qualify for DC’s training exemption but still need the mandatory legal block, this is the class you’re required to complete.
This course covers the District of Columbia laws on firearms and self-defense training eligibility requirements to apply for the District of Columbia Concealed Pistol License:
Instructor-Led, Live Virtual Course: 9:00 am – 11:00 am

- DC CPL Permit Application Process
- Carrying Concealed in DC
- Prohibited Places
- DC Laws on Self-Defense
This course is conducted by NRA and USCCA Certified Instructors who have been approved by the District of Columbia Metropolitan Police to conduct and certify their firearms training curriculum.
Upon successful completion of this course, student will receive:
– District of Columbia Concealed Carry Pistol License Course Completion (Law Portion Only)

Fingerprints and state application fees are not included in class price.
You must be 21+ and legally able to possess a firearm with valid government photo ID to attend this course.
